We take drinking just as seriously as eating. Our wine card is constantly changing and consists of so-called “natural wines”: Hand-picked grapes grown without pesticides, spontaneous fermentation, no additives, and very low in sulphites. Most of our wines come from small producers, and are bought in small quantities.
For those of our guests who do not want alcoholic beverages, we also have a fermented juice menu. We ferment juices to make it as interesting in taste as our wine menu is. These are made in very small badges and are constantly changing. All other drinks are served with passion and care for nature - including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and our fresh, filtered water free of impurities.
