We take drinking just as seriously as eating. Our wine card is constantly changing and consists primarily of so-called natural wines: With no or very little added sulfites, spontaneous fermentation and without chemical manipulation. Many wines are from very small producers and are only bought in small quantities. 


We also ferment juices we make from local produce with old yeast cultures in order to develop as interesting flavours in our “low alcohol drinks” as in our wines. In this way, you can have an inspiring drinking menu of wines as well as something with lower alcohol.


All other drinks served are served with passion and care for nature - including coffee, tea, juices and our own fresh filtered water free from impurities.
