Our menu is created on what we can grow in our garden and our farm, what we can get from small sustainable producers around us, and what we can sustainably source from wild nature in the breathtaking Mols Bjerge National Park – a short drive from Aarhus. For this reason, the menu is in a constant and dynamical state of change in order to reflect the current moment in nature. In some periods, the menu is primarily made of what we have fresh in the garden and surroundings, in other periods, the menu is primarily made of what we have preserved in our pantry. Nature decides what we serve.

When you make a reservation with us, you make an active choice: To dine with us as vegetarian or as ”omnivore”. The vegetarian menu has a strong focus on local, sustainable greens, roots and fruits including eggs and dairy. The omnivore menu consists of different servings – with the same local orientation, and it includes sustainable animal protein selected in collaboration with our scientific advisory panel.

“The full experience”

If you go with our Full Experience, you will get a chance to try all that we have, without having to think of any add-ons. Here, you will start with a cocktail, all add-ons are included, and an extended version of the drink pairing to match the extra servings. On top of this, you get the option of trying both drink pairings (wine and juice) if you want.
