The Garden Season
(July 1st - September 30th)
Our garden season is created on what we can grow in our garden and our farm - and what we can sustainably source from wild nature. Notice that in the Garden Season, we do not offer “5 servings” or the “omnivore” option. When you make your reservation, you decide in advance if you wish to try our 8 servings (available all days), or our Full Experience (available Fridays and Saturdays)

“The full experience”
If you go with our Full Experience, you will get a chance to try all that we have, without having to think of any add-ons - and even add completely new servings that cannot be chosen in the “8 servings framework”. This menu is basically “all that we have”. It will start with “The Beginning” including a cocktail, followed by caviar, 10 servings, our cheeses, wine/juice pairing, “The Ending” and an avec.

Our pantry season is created on what we have preserved from other seasons, and what we can grow at the time of your dining experience. In the Pantry Season, you choose if you will dine with us as “vegetarian” or as “omnivore” (including sustainably sourced fish and meat).

Our menu always begins with a bowl of our historical Masterstock, followed by a bread serving and 8 other servings including dessert. You can choose a number of add-ons, and you can see the options and prices below.
