The Garden Season (July 1st - September 30th)
Our garden season is created on what we can grow in our garden and our farm - and what we can sustainably source from wild nature. Notice that in the Garden Season, we do not offer “5 servings” or the “omnivore” option.
The Pantry Season (October 1st -)
Our pantry season is created on what we have preserved from other seasons, and what we can grow in the Winter. In the Pantry Season, you choose if you will dine with us as “vegetarian” or as “omnivore” (including sustainably sourced fish and meat).

The full experience
This menu is basically “all that we have”. It will start with “The Beginning” including a cocktail, 10 servings (some vegetarian, some with sustainable animal protein), wine/juice pairing, our cheeses, “The Ending” and an avec.

A few words of explanation……
When you make a reservation with us, you decide in advance if you wish to try our 8 servings (available all days), our Full Experience (available Fridays and Saturdays), or a shorter version of the menu of 5 servings (available Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Pantry Season).
If you go with our 8 servings, you can choose a number of add-ons to complete your experience, e.g. a drink pairing. You can see the options and prices in the column to the left. You can also go with The Experience that combines a number of these elements to a more complete experience.
If you go with our Full Experience, you will get a chance to try all that we have, without having to think of any add-ons. The menu will contain more elements so you can try all the flavors of both the vegetarian and the omnivore version of the menu.
If you go with the 5 servings, you can still try some of the different add-ons, or go with the Shorter Experience that combines some of these elements.
