Our menu

Until 28.2.2024, we are a vegetarian restaurant. After this date, guests have to choose whether they wish to visit us as “omnivore”, vegan”, or “vegetarian”

Starting the same date, we will have two distinct seasons: “The Garden” during the Summer, highlighting the fresh produce right outside our windows, and “The Pantry” during the Winter, highlighting conservation techniques and some degree of sustainably sourced animal protein.

The Pantry Season 28.02 - 30.06

Our pantry season is created on what we have preserved from other seasons, what we can grow in the Winter, and can include sustainably sourced fish and meat based on your own choice.

The Garden Season 01.07 - 30.09

Our garden season is created on what we can grow in our garden and our farm - and what we can sustainably source from wild nature. Notice that in the Garden Season, we do not offer The shorter experience/4 servings
